Recordist's notes
A small dam on the Slettelva stream that is crossed by a wooden bridge. A relatively flat spillway dampens the release of the water from the reservoir above, water that when recorded had a frozen crust of ice, still encased in snow. The hydrophones were placed in the shallow waters descending the spillway (Aquarian H2a). Our soundwalk conductor had brought us to this site to help us encounter the interaction of the cultivated and the wild.
