Recordist's notes

The trail leads up the valley from Tromsdalen / Romssavaggi towards the sacred mountain on Tromsdalstinden/Sálašoaivi which rises to 1250 metres. At the edges of the trail are deep grooves in the snow to guide the cross-country skiers. Other skiers take the central section. Skiers age from youthful to older. Sky still full of snow clouds but the wind speed has dropped. Using the same pair of Line OM-1 microphones on stereo bar on monopod.
