Recordist's notes
Part of the recording from the AudioSwarm: Insectus - an original audio composition by John Grzinich performed during the To(pot festival 2025. It is based on field insect sounds performed collectively from mobile phones of the participants playing mp3 file from the server. It's spatial diffusion format combines social listening and movement to create a coherent sounding body by all who are present. The piece has 30 min and we started inside Cukrarna Gallery went outside and returned back. There were about 25 participants.
