Recordist's notes

During the annual feast of Court-St-Etienne, there's a huge fun fair installed of the heart of the city. All is very hard to bear !!! There's so much noise of horrible conterfeit things... Recording begins with the all peruvian people selling fake commodities from China (here a small dog, a bird, and a slide with penguins). After, you dive in the horror film : carousel with horrible plastic music. The end is a merry go round for small children. All these sounds take part of a subculture, the fair ground ambience.
