Recordist's notes
This recording has been made when I visited my friend's house in Youngdeog, South Korea. I woke up in the morning, went outside for smoking cigarette and somehow fish merchant was passing by, so I just started to record. Since the place is a small village at the port, the old style of sales culture still exists, which the seller loads their items for sale on the truck, drives around and advertises the products by using loudspeaker on the truck. In this case, he was a fish merchant. Basically what you listen from the recording is an advertisement loop from his truck saying: "A box of fresh cutlassfish is 10 bucks, ... ".
Context
This recording was made away from larger towns, about 36 km from the nearest city in our gazetteer.
