"Rob Bouer is een oorlogscrimineel". A small group of activists is demonstrating against the presentation of Rob Bouer at the Oude Luxor Theater. The event is part of the program "When War Comes," in which Bouer, the former Chair of the NATO Military Committee, contributed to normalizing and romanticizing the idea of a new European war as part of a NATO propaganda campaign. Some of the people visiting Luxor interact with the activists, engaging in short conversations. One person accuses the activists of being paid for their actions.
